This demo agreement is a stand-in for the owner’s final language. Guests accept it at checkout. A timestamp and IP are stored on the booking.

The guest is responsible for the house, the neighbors, and the dunes. Maximum occupancy is the listing’s sleep count. No events. Pets only when the pet fee is paid.
